The INCO 70.4 Composite Slab profile has been used for the construction of the El Mirón large area in Arucas Gran Canaria.

With an investment of 17 million euros, the El Mirón shopping center was inaugurated in April 2018. This center has a shopping area, parking lots for 500 vehicles, paddle tennis courts and a soccer field. It is located in the center of Arucas and has an area of more than 20,000 m².

The center consists of two floors for commercial use and two underground for parking and services. The floors have been made with the INCO 70.4 composite slab floor system that allows, among many other advantages: fast execution, a safe work platform, great resistance capacity against moderate loads and a competitive price.
