The simple self-supporting curved roof is formed by a self-supporting curved profile, which serves both as a sealing element and as support for the actions to which it is subjected. Its main function is to provide a watertight and economical seal in canopies or in constructions that do not require thermal conditioning of the interior. The curvature of the corrugated profile is achieved by means of a series of equidistant embossings that, like small folds, give it the necessary curvature.<\/p>\n

The self-supporting curved profile will comply with the mechanical requirements specified in the project and will also guarantee the water tightness of the roof. This self-supporting profile will be installed on the main structural structure, which is generally composed of metal, concrete or wooden frames. The main advantage of this system is the elimination of the secondary structure or purlins, since the support profile can reach spans of up to 22 meters between supports, as is the case of the INCO 155.3 profile. By dispensing with the secondary structure, the installation performance of the roof is considerably improved.<\/p>\n

Range of lights<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The support spacing of the curved roof is determined by the profile rib height. Each curved profile has a range of spans or support spacing for which it is the most efficient solution, according to the following table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
