The company Aspla Pl\u00e1sticos Espa\u00f1oles S.A.<\/em>, part of the Armando \u00c1lvarez Group<\/em>, has made a significant investment in the expansion of its plant in the Besaya industrial estate, in Reoc\u00edn. This investment is part of its strategy to increase production capacity and improve energy efficiency through new technologies.<\/p>\n

Since 2009, ASPLA has developed several phases of growth in this estate, occupying a total area of \u200b\u200b115,000 m\u00b2. The company, with a turnover of nearly 1,000 million euros per year and a workforce of more than 3,000 employees, has opted to centralise part of its production in this strategic location.<\/p>\n

In these expansions, a multi-layer self-supporting curved roof construction system<\/strong> has been implemented on a prefabricated concrete structure. This system includes the INCO 70.4 Curved Self-Supporting profile<\/strong> as a support, followed by the omega profile, insulation, and the INCO 30.5 Curved cladding profile<\/strong>. This construction solution offers a high-quality aesthetic finish, reduced execution times thanks to the use of prefabricated elements, and a reduction in structural weight, since the self-supporting curved roof is installed on prefabricated “Y” type beams with a clear span of 10 meters, without the need for intermediate purlins.<\/p>\n

In addition, solar panels<\/strong> have been installed on the roof, as part of the company’s commitment to sustainability and the reduction of its carbon footprint. The photovoltaic panels are installed in a coplanar manner, adapting to the curvature of the roof, to avoid generating additional stress on it. This initiative allows the large surface area available on the roof to be used for the generation of renewable energy, contributing to the self-consumption of energy and the operational efficiency of the plant.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
