The ground floor is intended for public areas, such as the hall, boarding and disembarkation areas, commercial spaces, and check-in. It also includes private areas for security forces and various services.  <\/p>\n<p>The upper floor houses the boarding and pre-boarding lounges, the disembarkation areas, and the access walkways to the vessels.<\/p>\n<p>Among the most notable aspects of the project is the use of a <a href=\"https:\/\/incoperfil.com\/en\/solutions-en\/self-supporting-multi-layer-roofing\/\">self-supporting multi-layer roof system<\/a>. This system eliminates beams and uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/incoperfil.com\/en\/profiles\/inco-155-3\/\">INCO 155.3 structural profile<\/a>, with a thickness of 1.50 mm, capable of spanning 6.35 m. On top of this profile, a spacer profile, thermal insulation, and an external closing profile are installed, in this case the<a href=\"https:\/\/incoperfil.com\/en\/profiles\/flat-profiles\/inco-30-5\/\"> INCO 30.5 model<\/a>. Both profiles feature a finish suitable for <a href=\"https:\/\/incoperfil.com\/en\/materials\/steel\/\">C4M<\/a> environments, with a<a href=\"https:\/\/incoperfil.com\/en\/materials\/steel\/\"> 55-micron HDX coating.<\/a>   <\/p>\n<p>The completion of the works is scheduled for 2025, and the new terminal is expected to become an architectural landmark for Ceuta, strengthening the connection between the city and the peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new Maritime Station of Ceuta marks a milestone in the modernization of the city\u2019s port.
