Le b\u00e2timent pr\u00e9sente d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 une place ouverte sur un jardin o\u00f9 \u00ab\u00a0sont per\u00e7us les changements saisonniers de lumi\u00e8re et de v\u00e9g\u00e9tation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La arquitectura ha tenido en cuenta las recomendaciones de Passivhaus Institut para el dise\u00f1o del edificio, garantizando la hermeticidad y la transpirabilidad mediante una envolvente que no producen condensaciones. Adem\u00e1s este edificio cuenta con suelos radiantes\/refrescantes y climatizaci\u00f3n adaptativa y en su cubierta se han dispuesto placas fotovoltaicas para la producci\u00f3n de energia solar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuevas oficinas K\u00f6mmerling consumo nulo en Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid)<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, dividido en dos plantas, est\u00e1 rodeado de vegetaci\u00f3n y destaca su orientac\u00f3n sur para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la entrada de luz natural. El sistema de fachada multicapa consta de un revestimiento microperforado al exterior a modo de control solar que adem\u00e1s permite la transpirabilidad de la fachada. El perfil INCO 44.6 Ondulado se ha suministrado acabado lacado, color Silver Metallic RAL 9006, y microperforado R6T10. El perfil ondulado, debido a la simetr\u00eda de sus ondas, otorga un excelente acabado est\u00e9tico.
