The office of architect Óscar Miguel Ares was in charge of updating these industrial facilities without modifying their use or buildability. The objective was to rehabilitate an old, outdated industrial warehouse, adapting it to the new needs of space, light and ventilation, transforming it into a more open and bright environment.
The original facade, made of sandwich panels and brick, is replaced by translucent materials such as glass, polycarbonate and the INCO 44.6 Corrugated perforated profile, allowing natural light to enter multiple areas of the building and improving working conditions. In the offices, the structure and the floors are exposed, showing the industrial character of the intervention, and the traditional partition walls are replaced by glass, visually connecting the administrative areas with the production spaces. All the floors are resolved with the INCO 70.4 Colaborante profile, capable of covering spans of up to 4 meters without shoring.
