The INCO 44.4, INCO 30.4 and INCO 70.4 Composite slab profiles have been selected as roof, façade and floor cladding for the new OCP Maroc construction in El Halassa - Morocco

The construction of the El Halassa mines and washing plant is part of a comprehensive expansion plan by the multinational OCP Group for 2010-2020. OCP, one of the world’s leading fertilizer manufacturers, has earmarked 1,800 million Euros for this project.

The plant plans to manufacture 12 MT / year of phosphates, it also has the best technology for the rehabilitation and recycling of exhausted mines as well as a more environmentally friendly extraction process.

INCOPERFIL has collaborated in this project as the main provider of roof and façade cladding as well as composite slab for administrative areas and mezzanines. On roofs, the INCO 44.4 profile has been planned, on facades the INCO 30.4 profile, both in RAL 1015 color. In addition, the project has had the collaborating slab profile INCO 70.4 in a galvanized finish for the creation of more than 2,000 m2 of slabs.
