The INCO 70.4 Deck profile has served as a support element of the deck for the new construction of the Leroy Merlin in Loulé (Portugal)

Leroy Merlin, a company belonging to the Adeo group and with a presence on the peninsula since 1989, enjoys a growth rate of more than 2 establishments per year on the peninsula.

With an investment of 25 million euros, Leroy Merlin has inaugurated a new 10,000 m² store in Loulé in Portugal. This project has been carried out on a metal structure pre-assembled in the workshop, optimizing the impact of the steel and thus lowering the execution costs. The deck roof solution has had the INCO 70.4 Deck profile.

The INCO 70.4 Deck profile, 0.90 mm thick, is a profile with high mechanical characteristics that has allowed the support belts to be separated up to a separation of 4.60 m, guaranteeing resistance to the loads considered in the project.

(3) Specify the obstructed area under the canopy, in square meters, as a proportion of the total area of the front or side (transverse or longitudinal) façade, in order to calculate the obstruction factor. If it is a closed construction or there is no obstruction area, indicate 0 m².
