INCO Profile 70.4 Composite Slab for the construction of the new building slabs.

Behind the regional library of Madrid at Calle Ramirez de Prado 5 is the rehabilitation of the old industrial buildings belonging to the historic Standard Electric created at the beginning of the 20th century. The new enclosure, Prado Business Park, is intended to house multidisciplinary offices for various areas. Among the users will be the new corporate headquarters of Amazon Spain, which will replace the current offices of the company in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

The work has a total area of ​​40,000 m², of which more than 5,000 m² correspond to the expansion of the structure carried out with the INCO 70.4 collaborative flooring system. This forged system allows a rapid execution of large surfaces as well as a perfect adaptation to irregular surfaces or areas of difficult access in rehabilitation works.

The rehabilitation of the new business park, in search of environmental excellence, has obtained an “Excellent” rating according to the BREEAM standards.
